Q: Can I do music monitoring with [your system]?

A: Sure you can, we can easily adjust scanning parameters so the system catches music properly. We even have a complete white-label end-user portal where musicians, authors, agents, and others can look for playout of their music. However, you need yo be aware that we don't provide fingerprint library for music, but can see that you have tools for creating one.

Q: Can [your system] provide real-time scanning data?

A: Yes, it can, and there are 2 levels of 'real-time-ness' that we can arrange. Both are used in very specific situations, and your other systems must be able to consume and use the data coming in all the time. Also, in those cases, it is a challenge to create an environment that will be able to maintain recording and data transmission all the time (24/7). Please contact us directly with your idea on why do you need real-time data so we can propose adequate solution for you.

Q: How do you prevent duplicated ads in the library?

A: We have two main shields that will prevent the entry of duplicate ads into the advertisement library. The first one is in harvesting step - each harvested advertisement is checked against all channels and detailed playout log is created immediately, so when you encounter the same ad played on the other channel, it will already be marked so you don't harvest it again The other shield preventing you from creating duplicate entries in the advertisement database is facility that scans each advertisement in the promotion queue against all advertisements already in the database, and reports on similarity or uniqueness of such ad. So if you find one that is the same as the other ad, you will simply avoid promoting it and delete it.

Q: How do you charge for [the system]?

A: We operate in 'system as service' model so when we determine what is that you need we will be able to calculate your monthly fee for the system usage. Usual prices range from 30 - 100 EUR per channel and month depending on the system complexity, library size, number of workers needed, etc.
